This Southbend 448DC-4T is an easy to use Ultimate Restaurant Range. With a conventional oven, cabinet base and 48″ griddle top, this Range provides operators with cooking and baking flexibility. The standard oven uses 45,000 BTU of power to reach temperatures between 175°F and 550°F. Its interior is made from easy-to-clean porcelain enamel. With two position side rails, operators can direct how close or far away items are from heat sources. The cabinet section of the base has a durable stainless steel construction. This 448DC-4T has a 1″ smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides.
