The Salvajor 100-CA-12-ARSS-PP commercial disposer streamlines food waste handling for busy kitchens. A 12″ cone assembly with a 6-1/2″ inlet partners with a 1 HP motor to keep prep sinks, pot-wash stations, and dishrooms moving. Capture scraps efficiently and maintain clean, productive work areas.

Operate with confidence using start/stop push button controls and a drain/flush/time delay sequence that helps clear lines after service. The ARSS control automatically reverses to help minimize jams while conserving water, optimizing garbage disposal workflows during peak volumes.

Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing, this unit stands up to daily use and meets UL and CE certifications. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring are included to simplify installation and daily operation for chefs, operators, and facility teams.
