Its cocoa pod–inspired shape adds striking texture and visual appeal, delivering consistent, professional results for mousse, entremets, and plated creations.
This mold features 15 cavities, each measuring 3.1″ x 2.2″ x 1.8″ (80 x 56 x 46 mm) with a 4.1 oz. (120 ml) capacity, and an overall size of 11.8″ x 15.75″ (300 x 400 mm). Made in Italy from high-quality silicone with a non-stick, slick upper surface, it ensures easy release, simple cleaning with hot water and mild soap, and can be sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F).
