Martellato Ganache Kit
Perfect layering! Precise and easy to use frames to create cremini, ganaches and multi-layer fruit jellies with consistent weight and height.
For optimal use, it is recommended to place a silicone mat or acetate sheet under the first frame. After having poured the first layer of dough, spread it with the spatula and wait for it to become solid. Depending on the desired thickness, add one or more frames. Go over the edge with a knife to detach the product and remove the frames.
