This Marsal SD-10866/SD-866 is the ideal Deck Oven for cooking pizzas and pies. With two chambers, it has the capacity to cook sixteen 18″ pies. Using 260,000 BTU of power, it easily reaches temperatures between 300° to 650°. Both SD-10866 and SD-866 have a stainless steel exterior construction and aluminized interiors. This maximizes the Deck Ovens’ durability while making them easier to maintain. It comes with adjustable legs.
