This Lang ECOF-AP1 Strato Series Convection Oven is durable, accurate, and easy to use. It has a stainless steel exterior with an attractive No. 4 finish. This gives it a clean, professional look while making it capable of withstanding heavy-duty operations. It has a porcelainized steel interior with 2″ of insulation on its compartment sides. The doors are designed to simultaneously open and have large double pane tempered glass windows. This allows you to glimpse items while they’re cooking without opening the door.

This ECOF-AP1 has accurate solid state controls and timers. With a 150 to 450°F temperature range, it gives operators flexible baking options. Its chrome steel 11-position pan slides allow operators to heat several items at once. The powerful two-speed fan circulates the heat throughout the entire oven cavity. This creates a consistent heat for an even bake. The simple knob-set time and temperature controls are easy to use. The timer can be set for up to 1 hour and has a non-stop buzzer. This Convection Oven has a pulse-fan switch for manual use, a high-low speed switch, a power-on and inspection light switch.
