With a durable construction and easy to use, accurate temperature controls, this Lang 160TDI Built-In Griddle is ideal for a variety of applications. It has an insulated stainless steel griddle and control modules, a stainless steel top mounting flange, and a steel cooking surface. This type of construction helps ensure that the Griddle is easy to maintain. Its Accu-Temp Solid State Controls use a snap-action thermostat system. This allows operators the flexibility of cooking between 175° and 550°F. It also ensures consistency and maximum control, reacting to even 2°F temperature changes. This 160TDI has independent controls located every 12″.
