Description
The Lancer Nozzle Assembly Left FS44 is the fluid-shaping final stage of the dispensing head. It is responsible for thoroughly mixing syrup and water while maintaining a laminar flow to optimize CO2 retention. This specific assembly is configured for the left-bank positioning of the Flavor Select 44 manifold.
Problem Solved: Restores a clean, directed pour and eliminates excessive splashing or foaming at the dispense point. Replaces nozzles that have become pitted, stained, or cracked from years of acidic syrup exposure.
Symptoms of Failure: Turbulent or splattering pours, visible syrup buildup or mold on the nozzle face, or erratic splash patterns that mess the serving area during use.
Technician’s Note: Soak nozzles daily in warm water. Dried syrup residue inside the internal diffuser channels is the leading cause of foamy, splattering pours. Check the nozzle o-ring for nicks during every deep cleaning to prevent drips.Technical Specifications:
