Description
The Lancer 115V Dispensing Wheel IBD Assembly Hex Tritan is the primary mechanical rotor responsible for capturing ice from the bin and rotating it into the delivery chute. Manufactured from high-impact Tritan polymer, it is engineered to withstand the extreme torque of breaking up fused ice blocks without cracking.
Problem Solved: Restores consistent ice delivery and prevents clumping by mechanically breaking up ice bridges. Replaces wheels with rounded center hubs that spin on the motor shaft without moving ice.
Symptoms of Failure: Motor humming without movement, ice clumping into solid masses, or finding plastic shavings in the ice from a worn center hub interface.
Technician’s Note: Check the bin liner for deep grooves before installing. A damaged liner can catch the fins of the wheel, stalling the agitating motor and blowing the 115V control fuse. Ensure the agitator bar shear pin is replaced during install.Technical Specifications:
