Description
The Lancer Universal Ice Machine Adapter Frame is a specialized mechanical interface designed to bridge the gap between the dispenser bin and a top-mounted ice machine head. It provides the heavy-duty structural rails required to distribute the weight of the ice head while ensuring an airtight thermal seal at the top of the bin.
Problem Solved: Ensures a sanitary and secure connection, preventing warm air or moisture from bypassing the internal bin. Replaces old, warped adapter frames that cause ‘sweating’ and water damage to the customer’s counter.
Symptoms of Failure: Ice spilling from the top of the machine, moisture ‘sweating’ on the machine exterior, or a loose ice machine head causing excessive vibration during operation.
Technician’s Note: Ensure the adapter gaskets are properly aligned. Any air leaks at the top of the bin increase the refrigeration load and are the #1 cause of ice clumping in the corners. Hand-tighten all frame bolts before final torque.Technical Specifications:
