Streamline tray make-up with the Lakeside Manufacturing 2610 tray starter station. This mobile station features a solid top shelf for staging condiments, flatware, or frequently used items, while a back panel accepts two rows of hanging plastic bins (not included) to keep smallwares organized.

Speed assembly by loading full, 1/2, and 1/3 size food pans into the square tube frame, then slide 14″x18″ or 15″x20″ trays along the ledged compartment to build orders efficiently. Smooth-rolling 5″ swivel casters, two with brakes, let staff position the unit where work happens and lock it securely during service.
