Its shelves are made of rugged 18-gauge stainless steel, reinforced to promote longevity even under the most demanding of food service applications. It is stain- and rust-resistant. The shelves have been electronically welded to the U-shaped frame for added durability. The 722 has leg and handle bumpers to protect the utility cart itself as well as surrounding walls and furniture. The casters are a combination of fixed and swivel.
