It has a remote refrigeration system, using an 1 horsepower condenser to keep products at a safe, medium temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 2″ dial thermometer allows operators to keep consistent track of temperatures. This Walk-In Cooler’s interior and exterior is constructed from 26 ga. embossed galvalume, while its floor is made from .100 smooth aluminum. Its door is 34″ x 78″ and includes interior and exterior 36″ high Alum DTP kickplates.
