The John Boos GT-40 grease interceptor traps and isolates grease and fat from wastewater. It can hold as much as 40 pounds of grease and has a flow rate of 20 gallons per minute. This unit’s cover and baffle are both removable, and it comes with a T-vent. This design allows for a durable and efficient product.
