Durable and easy to use, this Hatco FSHC-17W1D Mobile Pass-Thru Humidified Holding Cabinet with 2 Dutch Doors cooks or holds a variety of baked goods. Thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity can be adjusted with an electronic control located on the top of cabinet. Adjustable temperatures make it possible for you to customize how much heat your baked goods receive, allowing you to keep items warm and ready to be served.
By having consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet, your creations can taste fresh for longer, making this Holding Cabinet ideal for longer waiting periods between cooking and serving times. With temperatures ranging from 80°F to 200°F, it can hold or cook your items while you tend customers, fix other food items, or put finishing touches on serving plates. With fully insulated doors, sidewalls, top, bottom, and control panel, this Heating Cabinet retains heat, allowing your items to cook faster and your kitchen to stay cooler.
This Heating Cabinet has the capacity to hold a number of pans, depending on where the spacing is set, and comes with 17 universal pan slides. These have been designed to accommodate 17 sheet pans easily or 34 steam table pans. Leadtime may vary, please call for details.
