The Hatco FS2HAC-4PT countertop heated display cabinet is open on both the front and the back, providing dual access to the delicious food products on display. This powerful 3389-watt unit has heating elements with a metal sheath for impressive durability. It has no doors, but curtains of heated air that stream down from the ducts above the cabinet opening, effectively removing any physical barrier between customers and the food to facilitate faster service. Some air is pulled to the center so that all products are heated evenly. 

This unit is both attractive and highly durable, with its smooth powder-coated steel construction and stainless steel front panel. There are a total of four (4) tier slides that can each fit one (1) full-size sheet pans or two (2) half-size sheet pans.

Products can be held at 80 degrees to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and the digital controls with temperature readout make the temperature adjustment and monitoring a breeze. Hatco’s very own baffle and duct systems are effective in maintaining the desired holding environment so you can be confident that every product that comes from this heated display cabinet is high-quality. The top also features an on and off rocker switch.

The Hatco FS2HAC-4PT pass-through countertop heated display cabinet is a USA-made product certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4. This model comes standard with a 6′ cord and plug. You can also purchase accessories such as 4″ legs and pans below.
