It has durable stainless steel steamer cavities and a cabinet base. It has a unitized steamer body with stainless steel steamer doors. The door hinges are engineered for strength with a continuous design. The doors are insulated, locking in heat and helping keep the exterior cool. Its doors have easy open handles and latches to provide a positive lock when the door is pushed or slammed shut. The stainless steel cabinet base frame has a stainless steel top deck, hinged front access panel, and adjustable bullet feet.
This HY-10SM HyPlus Pressureless Steamer has easy to use controls. Being mounted on the front panel, controls are easily replaced or repaired. They include separate ON-OFF/60-minute timers for each cavity. This gives operators increased flexibility in steaming menu items.
