Its 40-gallon capacity and 2/3 jacket deliver fast, uniform heating powered by a 150,000 BTU gas system. A low working height and smooth crank tilt promote safe, controlled pouring to speed plating and pan-filling.

Dial in repeatable results with IPX6 water-rated electronic Advanced controls and a digital display. Set a 1-minute to 10-hour timer, use low (2) or high (7) preset intensities, or switch to manual for fine adjustments. Ideal for simmering stocks, holding cream soups, or reducing chili without scorching.
