Load up (10) universal tray slides to accommodate (10) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (20) 12″ x 20″ hotel pans. Slides are set 4-1/2″ on center and adjust on 1-1/2″ increments to fit changing production needs. Insulated, stainless steel construction with flush-mounted doors and edgemount latches helps maintain temperatures between prep, holding, and the line.
Move confidently with push bar handles, a wraparound bumper, and 5″ casters for smooth mobility; swivel casters include brakes for control during service. The removable humidifier pan simplifies cleaning and changeovers between menu periods.
