A removable humidifier pan lets you introduce moisture when needed for plated proteins or sides, while the stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and frequent cleaning.
Four shelves stage courses efficiently, and a flush-mounted door with bar type push handles makes loading and maneuvering straightforward.
