Five 12″ x 20″ x 6-1/2″ deep wells handle entrees, sides, and sauces simultaneously. Individual, adjustable thermostats give each well its own temperature control to match the menu.
Streamline workflow with an open cabinet base that keeps pans, utensils, or trays within reach. A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily use and wipe clean quickly. The well drain with shut-off valve speeds changeovers and simplifies end-of-service cleanup.
