As an E-Series banquet cart, it accommodates up to 72 covered plates up to 12-3/8″ in diameter with even, electric forced-air heat. Ideal for hotels, banquet halls, and on-premise catering.
Two full-height doors open 270° to speed loading and plating, while four shelves organize tiers for efficient workflow. Recessed push handles and 6″ casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—help crews maneuver safely through kitchens, corridors, and ballrooms.
A slide-out drawer for canned heat offers added flexibility when supplemental warming is preferred. Rugged 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and 22-gauge stainless steel interior construction withstand daily foodservice demands.
