Description
The Fagor FUF-27-N Undercounter Freezer is designed with durability and strength not found in other undercounter units. Featuring an all stainless steel interior and exterior, the FUF-27-N provides a clean and safe food environment. The coved corner floor meets NSF requirements. The heavy-duty stainless steel door has full-length recessed door handles and an interiorstep design for added insulation and protection of door gasket.
The FUF-27-N has a front breathing refrigeration system for built-in applications. The R-404A refrigeration system is factory balanced and environmentally friendly.
The FUF-27-N comes with 2 epoxy-coated shelves that are adjustable in 1/2″ increments. It has a 36″ high working height and comes with 4″ diameter casters, front 2 with brakes. Optional 2-1/2″ casters are available for 34″ high applications.
