Hold chowders, sauces, or signature soups at 140–200°F, then rethermalize batches to 170–200°F as service ramps up. Deploy it on cafeteria lines, buffets, and concessions where space, speed, and presentation matter.
Each station includes a 4 qt 18/8 stainless steel soup tureen with lid, a spun aluminum exterior, and a polycarbonate adapter ring for a clean, professional look.
