Description
The Convotherm 4 Easy Dial 20.10 sets new standards in manual operation. All settings and extra functions can be selected and adjusted in one operating level and are visible at all times. A USB port is integrated into the control panel, allowing for easy data transfer to or from the oven. The combi oven features a Gas Boiler. Steam is generated by a high-performance boiler outside of the cooking chamber.
The C4 ED 20.10GB has 3 Advanced Closed System + (ACS+) operating modes – Steam, Combi-Steam, and Hot Air and 5 extra functions – Crisp&Tasty, BakePro, HumidityPro, and Controllable Fan. The oven is easy to keep clean and maintain with the semi-automatic cleaning system and HygienicCare. The TriColor indicator ring indicates the oven’s current operating status.
The C4 ED 20.10GB features a right-hinged door with a safety latch. The roll-in combi oven comes with 1 loading trolley.
