The Chapman Brewing 7 Gallon Univessel is a 304 stainless steel workhorse that serves as both a brew kettle and a primary fermenter. Features pressed gallon markings and a 3-piece stainless ball valve. The airtight silicone gasketed lid makes it an ideal oxygen-free environment for fermentation after the boil.
Brewery Setup Tip: While designed for gas burners, avoid glass or induction tops as the base profile may not be perfectly flat. Ensure the silicone gasket is seated squarely in the lid before clamping to maintain a 100% airtight seal.
