Process up to 348 racks per hour while using 100 gallons per hour with Energy Sentinel idle pump shut-off. Proportional rinse and 2 HP wash and power rinse pumps deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Keep racks moving with a progressive anti-jam drive system and a single-piece hood design. Guide staff quickly via the top-mounted Prodigy series HMI and proactive maintenance software, plus vent fan control. A 20-inch vertical clearance accommodates 18″ x 26″ sheet pans and oversized cookware.
Built for durability with heavy-gauge stainless steel construction, including base and legs, and single-piece stainless wash arm manifolds.
