Built to handle up to (50) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans, the self-leveling platform keeps the top pan at an ergonomic height as inventory changes. A field-adjustable spring system with 2.5 oz/in increments lets you fine-tune tension for different pan loads, ensuring smooth, controlled dispensing. Use it on prep lines, bakery benches, or service corridors to reduce reaching and restacking.
Four 5″ all-swivel casters with sealed roller bearings roll easily between prep and service areas, and two locking casters hold the unit steady when stationary. Optional wrap-around or cushioned corner bumpers help protect walls and equipment during
