The EnduraHeat® system maintains food-safe temperatures for up to 2 hours unplugged and fully charges in 60 minutes, giving crews flexibility for off-site or delayed service. A blower-driven convection system preheats to 160°F in 20 minutes and circulates heat evenly to protect food quality across the load.
All-welded stainless steel construction, wrap-around bumpers, and heavy-duty push handles withstand daily routes through kitchens, corridors, and ballrooms. All-swivel 6-inch balloon casters and a three-way toggle control streamline workflow for chefs, operators, and banquet teams.
