Each compartment organizes trays and food storage boxes on molded-in rails with 1¾” spacing, enabling fast loading and retrieval on the line. Thick, insulated doors and a rugged polyethylene body with polyurethane foam help maintain serving temperatures through long routes.
The factory security package combines reinforced metal hinges with non-removable pins, metal latches with welded bails, a lockable hasp, and a steel chassis plate to deter unauthorized access. Molded vertical handles and 6″ casters (two rigid, two swivel, one with brake) support smooth, controlled movement through kitchens, docks, and corridors.
