SSI-D solid state infinite controls with a digital timer let teams dial in repeatable settings for daily prep, banquets, and à la carte service. A two-speed fan optimizes airflow for delicate bakes or aggressive roasting, improving texture and browning. Dependent glass doors and an interior light allow quick checks without disrupting the cook cycle.
Built for continuous duty, the stainless steel front, sides, and top simplify cleaning and stand up to busy line traffic. The included flue connector and 6″ stainless steel legs support straightforward installation and ergonomic loading.
