With two 20-3/4″ W x 20-3/4″ D Cordierite hearth baking decks, this oven provides employees with the space and flexibility needed to cook a variety of items simultaneously. It uses two separately controlled thermostats to keep items between 300°-650°F. Its 15-minute electric timers alert operators with a continuous ring, manual shut-off, and other audible alarms.

This DP-2 has a durable stainless and aluminized steel construction. Its exterior is entirely made from stainless steel, while its interior has been made from unitized, welded, aluminized steel. Its construction has also been fully insulated. This helps lock in warm air, keeping surrounding areas cooler and interior temperatures more consistent. This Pizza/Bake oven has interior lights for the oven compartments, allowing employees to easily check and retrieve items from the oven’s cavity.
