The AF23 includes three epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves. Its bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is efficient and dependable. It has a durable stainless steel exterior and a white aluminum interior. Casters are included.

• Capacity: Unit holds full size sheet pans front to back. With optional Pan Slide Kit (#65100) you can outfit half of the interior (full interior with two kits) with racks that hold eight standard sheet pans.
