The Amana Commercial Low Volume Microwave RMS10DSA is constructed to withstand the foodservice environment. The ample 0.8 cubic ft. capacity accommodates a 12″ platter, prepackaged foods, and single servings. Compared to a residential oven, this oven is more powerful for faster heating and better quality results. It has a see-through door and a lighted interior for monitoring without opening the door. The RMS10DSA features a user-friendly dial timer designed for self-serve applications. It has a 6-minute digital timer that lights up for at-a-glance monitoring. The timer automatically resets to zero if the door is open during heating. The RMS10DSA outputs 1000 watts of power with full power only for simple operation. The interlock safety switch is tested to 4 times the standard of residential ovens. Stainless steel exterior wrap and painted interior for easy cleaning.
