Draft Tech Tip: 3/8″ ID tubing has very low resistance. It is typically used for main trunk lines or high-volume transfers rather than individual tap lines. To ensure a 100% leak-proof seal on 3/8″ barbs, use a tube cutter for a square cut and secure with Oetiker stepless clamps. This tubing is flexible but should not be used for boiling liquids.
