Technician’s Note: This stem adapter is a lifesaver when you’re trying to connect a standard vinyl draft line to a push-fit manifold block. Unlike plastic stems, the 304 stainless steel won’t “oval” or crush under the grip of the metal collet teeth inside the push-fitting, ensuring a 100% leak-proof seal even under high pressure. When installing, make sure the 3/8″ stem is pushed firmly past the internal O-ring of the receiving fitting. On the barb side, we recommend a 15.7mm Oetiker Stepless Clamp for a permanent, vibration-resistant connection.
