If you are lucky enough to have an expensive truffle to slice, you need this specialty cutlery item. This 7.5-inch-long Italian stainless steel tagliatartufi sparingly shaves off curls of the delectable and rare fungus known as the truffle.
Its 2.25-inch-wide removable and adjustable blade allows for variety in the thickness of the slice.
Other uses: shaving chocolate, ginger, small vegetables and fruits. Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing recommended.
