The Winco KFP-60 Chef Knife 6″ is great for dicing, chopping, and mincing. This knife is manufactured from X50 Cr MoV15 German steel and it has a carefully-sharpened blade that slices through all kinds of meat and vegetables easily. In addition its fully forged full tang construction provides ultimate control and balance as you work.
This knife has a POM injection molded handle that makes it comfortable to use for extended periods. As an added benefit, this knife is easy to hone and maintain while its NSF certification ensures long service life.
