Description
The Lancer Harness Agitator/Carbonator 5/2 FS16 is the primary electrical cabling interface responsible for managing the high-voltage logic for the water bath agitator and the carbonator pump. It ensures synchronized operation to maintain serving temperature and CO2 saturation.
Problem Solved: Eliminates unreliable communication and intermittent firing errors. Replaces wiring rotted by syrup ‘wicking’ or insulation cracked by refrigeration heat/cold cycles.
Symptoms of Failure: Valves firing randomly without input, ‘flat’ tasting beverages due to carbonator lag, or display lighting flickering when the agitator motor kicks on.
Technician’s Note: Check for ‘green’ verdigris corrosion on connector pins. Syrup exposure leads to wicking, which rots the copper from the inside out. Use dielectric grease for protection during the new install.Technical Specifications:
