Its double walled, heavily insulated construction causes a cooler operation, keeping your kitchen cool even on busy days. This Gas Griddle is ideal for cooking breakfast foods, sandwiches, vegetables, fruit dishes, and desserts. This 3230MG has a 4″ high splash guard, cold zone grease trough, 3.5″ x 1″ grease drain slot, and removable grease drawer to help ensure that it’s as uncomplicated to clean as possible. Its griddle plate has even been highly polished to minimize the likelihood of food sticking. Its “H” pattern burners have been spaced to accommodate 1 burner for each 12″ increment.
